- Management of labor resources and expenditures for the installations and service calls in their assigned territory
- Identify needs regarding training/development for the technicians in their assigned territory and provide routine feedback to managers of staff performance
- Monitor and update current and past sales to ensure proper management of all installations and service request in their assigned territory.
- Assist with forecasting installations with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as required
- Ensure optimal Field Operation schedules to achieve service quality and technician efficiency in their assigned territory
- Adhere to Kings III Core Values, policies, and procedures and are compliant with all applicable regulatory requirements.
- Ensure effective communication channels are maintained with all appropriate areas of the business
- Phone support of incoming/outgoing calls for service appointments and troubleshooting
- Includes all other duties as assigned by your manager

- At least 1 year of scheduling experience of remote field personnel (preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of the Alarm/Emergency Phone industry (preferred but not required)

- Strong problem solving and ability to recognize challenges and take the appropriate steps to proactively address the issues

The Installation Coordinator (IC) is responsible for ensuring that all customer scheduling and installation requirements are completed in a timely manner in an assigned territory of commercial / business accounts.
The IC also reviews the technician schedules, determines the scope of each project, communicates promptly and proactively with customers, schedules labor resources, and monitors the completion of jobs in their assigned territory.
The IC is part of a supportive time and leadership who care and work to set you up for success.
