    We are seeking a talented, bilingual, experienced Director of Business Operations to join our team and play a crucial role in our continued success.


    Position Overview:


    As the Director of Business Operations at our Dallas office, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, driving business growth, and leading a team of talented professionals.

    You will work closely with our leadership team to implement strategic initiatives, optimize processes, and ensure the achievement of our business objectives.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales and revenue goals.

    Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing mentorship and guidance.

    Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the team.

    Utilize your background in Sales or Business Development to identify growth opportunities and build strong client relationships.

    Actively participate in recruitment efforts, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.

    Continuously assess and improve operational processes for increased efficiency.

    Collaborate with HR to ensure workforce development, performance management, and career progression.

    Prepare and present regular reports on business performance to senior management.

    Be willing to travel as needed to meet business requirements.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. An MBA or relevant HR certification is a plus.

    3+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in Sales, Business Development, or Operations.

    Demonstrated success in leading, developing, and promoting team members.

    Recruitment experience is a significant advantage.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

    Fluent in both Spanish and English.

    Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.


    Job Details:
    Salary is $75,000-$85,000/annually BOE + commission/bonus opportunities.
