Drive Brand Awareness and Outreach:
Partner with our marketing associate to actively promote Ednovate as an employer-of-choice through strategic marketing, partner engagement and outreach; ensure a positive candidate experience and strong organizational reputation.
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies that enhance Ednovate's ability to attract and hire a diverse pool of A+ talent.
Actively lead hiring managers through the recruitment and selection life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, with a laser focus on efficiency, effectiveness and candidate experience.
Facilitate Data-Driven Recruitment:
Utilize analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, make data-driven decisions to improve processes and drive future strategies, and report on key recruitment metrics to senior leadership.
Increase diversity within the candidate pool and among new hires by establishing partnerships with diverse organizations and educational institutions. Lead DEI initiatives within the hiring, onboarding and orientation process to ensure equitable and inclusive recruitment and retention.
Enhance Employee Retention and Engagement:
Partner with the human resources team to implement a structured onboarding program that drives culture, connection and clarity. Lead cross-functional initiatives that promote teammate growth and retention, particularly among underrepresented staff.
