    Description
    As the Director, you are pivotal in overseeing the seamless execution and delivery of projects across global enterprises.

    Your leadership will direct a robust team through initiatives that range from localized implementations to complex, multi-lingual, multi-phase projects incorporating multiple ERP and P2P integrations.

    Responsibilities

    Strategic Oversight:
    Formulate and execute a global implementation strategy that aligns with corporate objectives and market needs.

    Leadership and Team Development:

    Mentor a diverse team of implementation managers and specialists, promoting excellence in project execution and fostering a culture of innovation and agility.


    Project Execution and Management:
    Manage all aspects of project delivery from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

    Stakeholder Engagement:
    Maintain effective communication with key clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and proactive response to needs and challenges.

    Continuous Improvement:
    Drive initiatives aimed at streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency and client satisfaction.

    Regulatory Compliance:
    Ensure all activities uphold industry standards and company policies.

    Required Skills

    Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
    At least 10 years of experience in ERP transformation within domains such as P2P, S2P, or Accounting.
    Demonstrated leadership in global project implementations, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment.
    Strong project management skills, with proven success in leading onshore-offshore teams.
    Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
    Experience with project management tools and willingness to travel as needed.

    Compensation :
    $175,000-$195,000 base + bonus + equity
