    HireLevel is looking for Client Account Managerin Saint Louis, MO.Job Title: Client Account Manager Job Type: Full-timeLocation: Saint Louis, MO (Remote)Hours: M-F (Flexible Morning Hours)Rate of Pay: $20+Office Responsibilities:
  • Answer main line phone calls and transfer according to client needs
  • Respond to general customer inquiries
  • Manage the creation of proposals, providing a summary of programs, service plans, and deliverables to assist prospects in decision-making.
  • Remain updated on industry trends, legislation, and products offered by insurance carriers, maintaining positive relationships with these carriers
  • Carrier and vendor partner meetings weekly (mostly remote).
  • Client facing meetings weekly (mix of in person and remote).
  • Build and maintain personalized client relationships through various channels including phone, web meetings, email, and potentially in-person meetings.
  • Work closely with internal departments and vendor service teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive client service experienceHelp in other areas as needed
    • Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Producers License for Life and Health (client will help obtain)
  • Technology savvy with the ability to navigate and build on different platforms and digital business solutions.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of Account Manager experience within an insurance brokerage or related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Efficient time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with agency management systems or other CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel to client's location if necessary (St. Louis, Kansas City, Springfield, Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston)
    • Education and Experience:
  • Associate's degree or any other combination of education and/or years of experience equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience with a PEO or an outsourcing provider, preferred.
  • Experience with PrismHR preferred
    • *Complete an Admin Skills Test*
