- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, including FDCPA, state, and city regulations, as outlined in InteLogix policies
- Complete FDCPA and state collection laws training as well as InteLogix Accounts Receivable training program successfully
- Negotiate payment arrangements with customers to settle balances or establish suitable payment plans
- Accurately document all collection activities in client systems
- Address any identified deficiencies or oversights noted during telephone monitoring, file activities, or QA reviews as directed by management
- Maintain positive public relations and handle emotional callers in a high-stress environment
- Foster good working relationships with peers and leaders
- Perform additional duties/tasks as assigned
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 6 months collections experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions
- Possess computer/technology savvy with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience speaking to customers over the phone

Overview:
InteLogix is seeking a Consumer Bankruptcy Support Representative to join our organization. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. The Consumer Bankruptcy Support Representative involves providing assistance to customers regarding inquiries related to bankruptcy treatment on their accounts, both through inbound phone calls and offline correspondence. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer questions about credits, debits, balances and the bankruptcy process, as well as handle notices received via email or mail. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing consumer bankruptcy automation fallout and addressing inquiries/complaints received from customers or attorneys via email and mail, manually processing accounts associated with business filings, including calculating pre-petition credits, creating statements of account (SOAs) for proof of claim filing, and handling dismissed cases, as well as additional research for preference actions, stay violations, and disputes related to proof of claim filed.
