- Inspect incoming and outgoing phone, chat/text, social media, and in-person communications for regulatory compliance
- Complete complaint report documentation and maintain files in accordance with regulatory and procedural requirements
- Compile data to show compliance for a variety of topics
- Develop periodic reports for monitoring
- Stay up-to-date with any changes the FDA or other food safety regulators make to ensure compliance
- Understand and have a deep knowledge of Balance of Nature
- Identify trends in regulatory non-compliance and report them effectively and efficiently
- Ensure that non-compliance is swiftly and properly identified and handled
- Knowledge of CFR 21 part 111
- Previous auditing experience
- Ability to understand current FDA dietary supplement regulatory requirements
- Ability to deal with high-pressure situations and work efficiently
- Strong analytical skills
- Great technical writing ability
- Proficient in Google Workspace applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to uphold standards

Located in Hurricane, Utah. We are looking for a full-time, in-person Audit Specialist.
You will analyze all communication for compliance and work to handle any non-compliance that is found.
