    Description

    Job Description

    Presents business opportunities, working to nurture new business for Simmons Foods with U.S. customers.

    • ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

    - Manages accounts nationwide as the main contact for clients.

    - Develops new accounts, products, pricing programs, and project feasibility.

    - Builds strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

    - Attends meetings, provides business reviews and solutions.

    - Listens to customers, provides immediate solutions.

    - Participates in team development and implementation.

    - Familiar with Simmons' operating systems and objectives.

    - Performs necessary duties to support business objectives.

    Physical Activities: Enters and locates information, presents to groups, communicates.

    Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): As required.

    Travel: Frequent domestic travel, up to 75% of any given month.

    Technical Experience: 1-5 years' experience in sales support, ability to influence teams, planning and analysis skills.

    Industry Experience: Preference for a food organization.

    Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or 4 years work experience.
