WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE:
As an Inside Sales Rep - Service Scheduler, you're the master of managing our service appointments. You quickly dive into your day, picking up the phone with a smile to assist customers who require maintenance or repairs. With your expert knowledge of our services, you effortlessly communicate with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring the timely scheduling of our skilled technicians.
As you coordinate the appointments, you find creative ways to maximize efficiency, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service at their convenience. You're a superhero of organization, juggling multiple tasks with ease while maintaining a positive attitude.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A INSIDE SALES REP - SERVICE SCHEDULER
While not required, experience working in a call center or performing phone sales would be very beneficial.
To succeed in this role, you will also need:
WORK SCHEDULE
You will work a rotating schedule. Multiple shifts are available from Monday-Friday or Tuesday – Saturday, hours will rotate, between 7 am-6 pm, varying shifts. (Ex. 7 am-4 pm or 9 am-6pm)
