    Description
    Our client, a leader in outsourced Payroll and HR Services, is looking to add several Field Reps to their office in Cherry Hill, NJ.

    This position offers:
    • Competitive base salary
    • Unlimited commission
    • Fully remote work (other than bi-weekly meetings every Monday)
    • Company laptop and mileage reimbursement
    This role will:
    • Identify and develop new prospects within defined territory thru self-generation, heavy networking, and business development sales activities.
    • Profile and penetrate existing clientele in order to cultivate new revenue opportunities enhancing value for the client
    • Develop and maintain referring relationships with CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers in order to further penetrate the market.
    • Create high impact presentations designed to depict and highlight the benefit of proposed solutions.
    • Develop and manage a robust sales funnel of new opportunities to attain or exceed assigned monthly and annual sales quota.
    • Leverage Salesforce CRM to report on and manage all sales and client services related activities.
    The ideal candidate will have:
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred
    • Experience in SaaS or B2B sales
    • Experience with and other virtual selling tools such as Webex or GoToMeeting
    • Must have a valid U.S. Drivers License to be eligible for hire
    This is a full time, direct hire opportunity.
