    About the Job:

    Looking to be a key player in a vibrant team focused on growing Seattle's economy and cultural scene? Visit Seattle is looking for a Systems Administrator to join the Conventions department. In this role, you will handle CRM administration, lead training sessions, manage data, and provide crucial reports. Collaborating with senior leadership, you'll work on maximizing data efficiency, supporting the sales team, and contributing to diversity efforts.

    Responsibilities:

    Data Management and Tracking Production:

    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to support sales strategies.
    Client Information Management:
    • Assist conventions team with client database management.
    Visit Seattle CRM:
    • Oversee Simpleview CRM and maintain data integrity.
    • Conduct software training and assist partners with system utilization.
    Seattle Convention Center CRM and Calendar:
    • Participate in meetings, manage calendar software, and handle space reservations.
    Data Reporting and Tracking:
    • Enhance data reporting using various tools and prepare reports for meetings.
    Supervision and Team Leadership:
    • Supervise team members, maintain standards, and conduct training.
    Lead Management:
    • Assign leads, manage bookings, and support team with external vendors.

    Qualifications:
    • Business-related degree preferred.
    • 3+ years of experience in CRM and supervisory roles.
    • Proficient in software and data management.
    • Strong communication skills in English.
    • Positive attitude and service-oriented.
    • Authorized to work in the United States and fully vaccinated.
