    Copeland Buhl & Company PLLP is looking to add a Senior Accountant to our firm.

    Our tax and accounting experts build meaningful business relationships with our clients to provide the best advice for long-term success.

    As a Senior Accountant you will be responsible for organizing and driving client deliverables individually or as part of a team.

    Additionally, you will maintain client contact to effectively complete assigned projects.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Ensure completion of business and individual tax returns in a variety of industries.
    Serve as liaison between internal tax compliance team and the client for any tax related inquiries.
    Identify and assist with implementation of tax planning and tax savings strategies.
    Communicate effectively with clients.
    Stay up to date on latest firm and industry trends.
    Work collaboratively in a team environment with all levels including partners.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in accounting.
    Either Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) preferred.
    Proven ability to meet firm standards for chargeable hours and realization.
    Experience serving as a Staff Accountant or in a similar role.
    ProSystems FX, CCH Axcess Tax, and CCH Engagement experience preferred.
    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

    Benefits:
    Hourly pay (Time and a half over 40 hours)
    Ability to bank overtime hours to use in addition to your 3 weeks of PTO.
