What to expect in your new job:
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) in sales for a company in the semiconductor industry. Your main task will be to support assigned customers in order to increase customer satisfaction.

Checking customer forecasts and maintaining sales forecasts in the system according to company requirements
Tracking sales projects (RFQ, sample shipments, preproduction orders, etc.) for the customer team
Ensuring that new product samples meet the customer's requirements and are well understood by planning and production in order to meet the desired deadline
Checking correct pricing in the pricing system
Preparing contract negotiations with the customer as a team, working with the contract center to prepare the bid, and supporting the negotiation team in personal discussions if necessary
Managing price inquiries and their internal and external communication
Using customer portals for bid communication
Attending customer meetings
Providing adhoc reports

What you bring to the table:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant work experience as a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) in sales, preferably in the semiconductor industry or a similar industry
Fluent in German and English
