Responsibilities:

  • Support in planning, preparing, organizing, and following up on events
  • Assistance in the supervision of (external) trainers and moderators
  • Collaboration in handling inquiries
  • Collaboration in conducting and evaluating surveys and maintaining data overviews
  • Collaboration in designing measures for occupational health promotion
  • Support in research activities
  • General office organization

Qualifications:

  • Enrolled student
  • Structured, independent work style and a high level of accuracy
  • Good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Reliability, commitment, and flexibility
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in event organization is desirable
  • Knowledge of empirical social research or statistics is desirable
