To support a foster family under our care, we are looking for:


Starting as soon as possible

A qualified educator (m/f/d)

(state-recognized)

Working hours:
Part-time (15 hours per week)


Location:
Mettenheim (district of Alzey-Worms)

You will support the children and youth of the family by:

  • Individually promoting their development of skills and abilities
  • Providing important emotional stability as a trusted caregiver
  • Strengthening their ability to handle conflicts and challenges
  • Offering a structured daily routine with established rituals
  • Supporting their academic challenges and progress
  • Introducing opportunities for meaningful and fulfilling leisure activities
  • Actively assisting in the learning of practical life skills

We expect:

  • A completed education as an educator
  • Willingness to actively participate in training and further education
  • Flexibility with working hours
  • Solid experience in working with children and youth is desirable
