What to expect:
- Independent coordination and dispatching of shipping orders
- Telephone and written correspondence with customers and internal departments
- Participation in the commercial processing of goods shipments
- Preparation of offers and order processing
- Support in scheduling
- General administrative tasks
Your qualifications:
- Completed vocational training in a commercial field
- Basic knowledge of working with an ERP system desirable
- Great enjoyment of working in a team
- Ability to maintain an overview/organizational skills even in stressful situations
- Very good knowledge of German
