Ticket Sales Employee (m/f/d) in Neck City, MO:


Your Responsibilities:


  • Selling tickets and vouchers
  • Customer contact via telephone, email, and in person
  • Providing information about programs, menu options, and promotions
  • Processing payments and managing the daily and evening box office
  • Reserving and issuing tickets using our inhouse ticketing system
  • Making table reservations at the GOP restaurant "Leander"
  • Handling cancellations, changes, and monitoring existing bookings
  • Redeeming external vouchers
  • Creating invoices and correspondence
  • Preparing and checking daily financial reports

Your Profile:


  • Strong communication skills
  • Service and salesoriented mindset
  • Team player with a willingness to provide excellent customer service
  • Quick learner with the ability to work independently
  • Proficient in spelling and grammar, as well as skilled in using PCs and common MS Office applications
  • Wellgroomed appearance and good manners
  • Flexible schedule, including availability to work on weekends and holidays, and alternating between day and evening shifts according to the schedule
  • Responsible and reliable
