Responsibilities
•Prepare and maintain sales contract files and related support
•Process interfaced Oracle AR transactions
•Update Oracle AR transaction flex fields with details for reporting purposes
•Prepare shipping instructions for export shipments and deposit invoices for prepay customers
•Invoice shipments based on contract terms (i.e. title transfer) and distribute invoice copies to customers daily
•Manage and ensure all internal financial protocols are met to proceed with timely and accurate shipments
•Actively communicate with various internal and external departments, at various levels, including Accounting,
Marketing, Customer Service, CA Operations, Logistics, agents, banks and customers regularly.
•Assist with ad hoc projects as needed
