- Offering accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department
- Accurately typing, preparing, and managing accounting documents and records
- Printing invoices daily
- Sending Paypal links to customers for credit card payments upon request
- Reviewing invoices for customer accounts, matching invoices, and reporting any discrepancies to the relevant collectors
- Completing other accounting tasks as assigned by the Accounting Supervisor
- High School Diploma required
- Associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus
- Prior accounting experience is beneficial
- Proficiency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software
- Precision and keen attention to detail
- Data entry and word processing skills
- Typing Skills (e.g., 40wpm & 7500 ten key)
