YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Independent accounting for condominium properties (WEG) including preparation of annual statements, budget plans, invoice audits, and debt collection
Independent accounting for rental properties including preparation of utility cost statements, reporting, income statements, and debt collection

YOUR PROFILE:

You have completed your training as a real estate agent or tax clerk with good results
Through your education or previous professional experience, you have solid knowledge in the field of property management and accounting, and demonstrate flexibility, commitment, and ambition
Your profile is rounded off by a high level of communication skills, a confident demeanor, teamwork, and a precise and independent work style. Your thinking is entrepreneurial and customeroriented.
