    Director of Nursing - Leadership Role in Healthcare

    Requirements

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the nursing department
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
    • Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and retention of nursing staff
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and monitor outcomes to ensure delivery of high-quality care
    • Provide supervision, guidance, and support to nursing staff
    • Develop and manage the nursing department budget
    • Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and safety measures
    • Stay up-to-date with advancements in healthcare technology and practices

    Requirements:

    • Valid nursing license and current CPR certification
    • Proven experience as a Director of Nursing or in a similar leadership role
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse healthcare professionals
    • Experience in budget management and resource allocation
    • Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
    • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
    • Master's degree in Nursing or related field (preferred)
