- Direct and assess departmental functions ranging from patient care delivery to complaint resolution, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and enforce departmental goals, strategies, and benchmarks consistent with legal, ethical, and administrative directives of the healthcare facility.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and management of staff, fostering a culture of continuous education and professional growth.
- Strategically plan and evaluate the budgetary allocations of the department, ensuring fiscal responsibility and compliance with financial directives.
- Spearhead the integration of evidence-based practices into clinical and operational protocols.
- Coordinate and oversee internal and external audits to maintain and enhance operational efficiencies.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Profound knowledge of Joint Commission standards and extensive experience (5-7 years minimum) in either a clinical or administrative management capacity.
- Exceptional critical thinking abilities, strong decision-making skills, and the capability to independently manage complex situations under pressure.
