    Sales and Marketing Representative at SARAL DIAGNOSTICS CLASSIC PRIVATE LIMITED

    • Experience required in pharmaceutical or hospitality industry preferred
    • Devise effective strategies for territory sales and marketing
    • Analyze data to identify efficient sales methods
    • Meet with customers to address concerns and offer solutions
    • Discover sales opportunities through consumer research
    • Present products and services to potential customers
    • Travel throughout assigned territory to train and support company sales representatives

    • Achieve or surpass sales targets in the assigned territory by convincing customers to purchase company offerings
    • Analyze sales and marketing data to determine the most effective techniques
    • Develop innovative sales strategies to boost sales in the assigned territory
    • Conduct surveys to enhance understanding of customer needs
    • Participate in trade shows to showcase company products and services
    • Ensure brand awareness in the assigned territory meets expectations
    • Motivate Sales Representatives to achieve sales goals and evaluate their performance
    • Monitor competitors' sales activities in the territory
    • Engage in industry events to build customer relationships
    • Provide sales technique training and highlight company product attributes
    • Assess sales performance based on KPIs
    • Monitor regional competition
