    Hiring an Energetic Full-Time Entry-Level Account Representative:

    Upon completion of training, the responsibilities of the Entry-Level Account Representative will include:

    • Create daily strategies to optimize client CRM performance and identify growth opportunities
    • Proactively engage with consumers, offering timely and accurate assistance with their inquiries
    • Address challenging customer queries with a positive attitude, focusing on effective solutions
    • Master sales techniques to handle consumer negotiations effectively and ensure customer loyalty
    • Facilitate purchase orders and oversee client onboarding processes
    • Expand client base by acquiring new accounts and providing swift responses to inquiries
    • Engage in ongoing training and professional development initiatives eagerly.

    • Exceptional communication abilities and an approachable demeanor
    • Previous 1-5 years of customer service experience with a track record of successful negotiations and upselling
