    Description

    Growing Company seeks experienced Senior Project Manager to provide oversight of projects. There are two to three-year projects with potential follow-on work. Knowledge of health care construction, processes, procedures and reporting. Ability to manage a complex, multi-division construction from initial site development to final commissioning and handover. This an on-site position support a 5+ year effort)

    Responsibilities:

    Leads and enforces the safety policies and procedures and addresses non-compliance among all employees, subcontractors and vendors.

    Conducts daily huddles to promote communication, resolve issues and share ideas, so the projects are expeditiously and profitably constructed.

    Directs creation of project schedule with the Superintendent and execution

    Maximizes cash flow by aggressively adhering to the project invoicing schedule and ensures the team accurately documents and submits all receivables, quantity as-builts, change orders and claims.

    Works to maximize savings in the cost, labor and other cost budgets.

    Produces complete subcontracts and ensures all subcontractors execute to the agreement and the company's standards. - Ensures the required documentation is received in a timely manner.

    Estimates, prices and negotiates owner initiated extra work, change of scope items, and contract deletions to maximize profits.

    Actively develops client relations to generate opportunities for new work.

    Actively participates in Marketing and Estimating department activities to develop capture plans, teaming strategies,

    Experience/Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Business Mgt a major plus
    • 15+ years of healthcare construction management experience
    • Experience in construction and renovation projects in excess of $70M
    • Experience with e-Builder, Revit, Smartsheet, Procore, and scheduling software is preferred
    • Knowledge of AIA contracts for design and construction
