We are currently looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) for DB Bahnbau Gruppe GmbH at our locations in Berlin, Dresden, or Leipzig.
Your tasks:
  • In this role, you will be responsible for the commercial management and control of major projects in Germany, as well as leading project consortia (ARGE)
  • You will identify and uncover risks to project results, initiate and implement countermeasures in coordination with technical project managers, and monitor their effectiveness
  • You will analyze the economic development of projects and prepare opportunities and risks, as well as their forecasts
  • You will regularly conduct target/actual comparisons (deviation analyses, cost controls) to detect plan deviations early on. In case of deviations, you will initiate countermeasures
  • You will be responsible for commercial planning of construction execution and for preparing data for planning meetings
  • You will ensure timely invoicing, recording, checking, and posting of outgoing invoices
