    Inviting applications for the role of Project Manager - Capital Markets

    Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (3 days onsite in a week)

    Seeking an experienced Project Manager with in-depth knowledge of Capital Markets to join our team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan, organize, and lead projects related to Capital Markets, ensuring timely and successful completion.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project goals, scope, deliverables, and timeline.
    • Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
    • Coordinate and communicate project progress, status updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
    • Identify and resolve project issues, ensuring project objectives are met within budget and schedule.
    • Manage project budgets and financials, tracking expenses and ensuring compliance with financial guidelines.
    • Foster effective teamwork and collaboration among cross-functional teams involved in the project.
    • Conduct regular project meetings, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in Capital Markets.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
    • Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in the Capital Markets domain.
    • Strong knowledge of Capital Markets products, such as equities, fixed income, derivatives, and risk management.
    • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proficient in project management tools and software.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

    Nice to Have : Experience with Simcorp

    The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity."
