    Job Description

    In charge of disposition – talk to other realtors – build/create relationships – sell our deals and create organic lead sources as well for off-market deals.

    Compensation:

    $50,000 - $60,000 yearly

    Responsibilities:
    • Respond to all leads and close on them
    • Manage the pipeline of prospects
    • Manage and create relationships with investors/buyers
    • Research and analyze properties on the MLS
    • Negotiate the best potential price for all properties being sold
    • Add buyers to the list by zip code
    • Skip tracing and Calling buyers and obtaining their information to add to buyers' list
    • Source buyers via the social media platform
    • Email deals to VIP buyers
    • Schedule and show properties to buyers
    • Add new deals to the website
    • Must be results-driven and have the mindset to want more financially
    Qualifications:
    • Must have business and/or sales experience (with a proven track record) Must be ambitious We're looking for a real "Go-Getter" who wants to serve and add value

    • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
    • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
    • Someone who thinks and acts like an entrepreneur and takes an ownership mentality in all that is done in this position
    • Ability to perform intermediate tasks in the Google Docs/Suite and/or MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Outstanding written, grammar, & verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of an organization
    • Must possess excellent organization and planning skills
    • Must possess problem-solving skills
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to schedules/deadlines
