    Description
    In charge of disposition talk to other realtors build/create relationships sell our deals and create organic lead sources as well for off-market deals


    Responsibilities:
    Respond to all leads and close on them Manage the pipeline of prospects Manage and create relationships with investors/buyers Research and analyze properties on the MLS Negotiate the best potential price for all properties being sold Add buyers to the list by zip code Skip tracing and Calling buyers and obtaining their information to add to buyers' list Source buyers via the social media platform Email deals to VIP buyers Schedule and show properties to buyers Add new deals to the website Must be results-driven and have the mindset to want more financially Qualifications: Must have business and/or sales experience (with a proven track record)

    Must be ambitious Were looking for a real Go-Getter who wants to serve and add value Lives out our core values Faith, Integrity, Teamwork, Respect, Commitment, Growth Professional in attitude and appearance Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities Ability to manage and lead sales team members by example and with KPIs and metrics Research and development skills to improve processes Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line Someone who thinks and acts like an entrepreneur and takes an ownership mentality in all that is done in this position Ability to perform intermediate tasks in the Google Docs/Suite and/or MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Outstanding written, grammar, & verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of an organization Must possess excellent organization and planning skills Must possess problem-solving skills Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to schedules/deadlines Compensation:
    $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
