- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sous chef or similar leadership role within a high-volume, high-quality kitchen environment.
- Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage, inspire, and develop a diverse culinary team.
- Culinary arts degree or equivalent professional kitchen experience preferred
