    We are seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to join our dynamic team supporting various business groups at Wells Fargo.

    The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in leading support functions or operations, contributing to strategic initiatives, and ensuring the efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of solutions.

    This is a long-term contract position with potential for extension, offering an exciting opportunity for growth and impact within a renowned financial institution.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large-scale strategic initiatives.
    Ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations.

    Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business.

    Work independently to make recommendations for support functions by providing support and leadership.

    Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience.

    Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies, and procedures.
    Provide leadership in the management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross-functional business partners.
    Lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives. Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate.
    Review strategic approaches and the effectiveness of support functions and business performance.
    Perform assessments through fact-finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations.

    Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring a solid understanding of the business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision-making and issue resolution, and support the implementation of developed solutions and plans.

    Requirements:

    4+ years of Management consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience.
    Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability for assigned initiatives.
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to research and analyze moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and consult with team leaders and cross-functional business partners.
    Demonstrated leadership in managing relationships and implementing programs, services, and initiatives.
    Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations.
