Director of Plant Operations

The Director of Plant Operations serves as a mentor to the environmental team and plays a key role in developing and growing their staff. Responsibilities:The DPO is a member of the hospital leadership team who works in collaboration with the chief executive officer (CEO) to support the overall operation of the facility, inclusive of administrative and technical operation. Serving as the hospitals safety officer, the DPO manages the environmental services and security departments to ensure safe operating conditions in compliance with all state, federal and accrediting agencies.
