We are currently seeking a Call Center Agent (m/f/d) for our client in Bochum, with locations also available in Witten.

The Bochum and Witten locations are close to Gelsenkirchen, Essen, Castrop-Rauxel, Herne, Dortmund, Hattingen, Sprockhövel, Wetter, Herdecke, Dortmund, and Hagen.

Your responsibilities as a Call Center Agent include:

  • Independent handling of customer inquiries over the phone
  • Handling of complaints and documentation
  • Maintenance of customer data

No sales involved, if not desired

Your profile as a Call Center Agent:

  • Previous experience in customer service is desirable
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, are required
  • Good computer skills are an advantage
  • Engaging and friendly demeanor
  • Team player
  • Strong communication skills
