The headquarters are located in Pullach.

We are looking for a caretaker (m/f/d) for the Heiner Janik House - Youth Meeting Center at the Tower in Oberschleißheim as soon as possible

50% part-time, permanent

Your tasks

Ensuring the functionality of buildings, technology, work equipment, and vehicles
Independent compliance with and implementation of safety regulations, DIN standards, and relevant technical literature in the trade
Ensuring safety for residents, guests, and employees
Carrying out repair and maintenance work or organizing necessary repairs
Waste management and maintenance of outdoor facilities
Mandatory residence in a service apartment on the premises
