THE ROLE As a Sales Manager at Kempower, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the ever-evolving EV market. On a typical day, your main target is to accelerate our business within the Fleet and OEM Segment.You will be also responsible for finding new potential business and generating revenue with them, making a direct impact on our mission to revolutionize transportation.
In this role you willDevelop and generate sales via direct accounts with commercial fleet operations and OEMsEvaluate opportunities and define route to market based on customer profilesAnalyze customer needs, bring innovative proposals by combining charging hardware, software and servicesManage and develop our sales and service partner network together with our after sales teamFollow-up of the sales opportunities on daily basis via f2f meetings, phone and e-mailReport on the sales activities and results timely through CRM system (Salesforce)Participate in exhibitions and seminars to drive business expansionMonitor developments with the EV charging market and make recommendations to meet customer needsNegotiate and close agreements including but not limited to frame and purchasing agreementsWHY JOIN US? WHAT HELPS YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or relevant fieldMinimum 3 years of working experience in solution sales in the B2B market e.g.
