    Sei Labs is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Contract Manager with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, preferably within the technology or financial services sector.

    As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies.

    Key Responsibilities

    Contract Drafting and Review:

    Work with our Counsel to draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including but not limited to service agreements, partnership agreements, NDAs, and licensing agreements.

    Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
    Contract Management:

    Maintain a centralized repository for all contracts and agreements.
    Track contract lifecycle, ensuring timely renewals, amendments, and terminations.
    Implement and manage contract management systems to streamline processes.
    Risk Management:

    Identify potential risks in contract terms and conditions.
    Provide recommendations to mitigate risks and ensure favorable terms for Sei Labs.
    Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any contractual disputes or issues.
    Stakeholder Collaboration:

    Work closely with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and business development teams, to understand contract requirements and objectives.
    Facilitate clear communication between all parties involved in the contract negotiation process.
    Compliance and Documentation:

    Ensure all contracts are compliant with company policies and relevant regulations.
    Maintain accurate records of all contractual documents and correspondence.
    Assist in the development and implementation of contract policies and procedures.
    Qualifications

    Education:

    Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field. Juris Doctorate not a requirement but a plus.
    Experience
    :

    2 to 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably within the technology or financial services sector.
    Experience with blockchain or cryptocurrency-related contracts is a plus.
    Skills:

    Strong understanding of contract law and legal principles.
    Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
    Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    Personal Attributes:

    High ethical standards and integrity.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Proactive and able to take initiative.
