    Description

    The Merchandise Planner is responsible to manage and maintain sales analysis reports for multiple product categories for Walmart, and Clubs.

    This is accomplished through the merchandise analysis of retailer demands, historical forecasts, and vendor lead times. The Merchandise Planner is responsible managing inventory levels to maximize both service and inventory analysis. Additionally, works to ensure that replenishment needs of the retailers are met whenever possible.
    Responsibilities
    Analyze and review purchase orders - included items using the forecast and history.
    Manage inventory flow and seasonal buys including new item set-up/fill, seasonal and promotional timing
    Review and analyze lost sales/projected outs to identify trends at SKU, merchandise class, and vendor levels.
    Analyze to determine if any patterns can be identified.
    Build plans based on assortments by cluster and design modulars
    Work closely with merchants assuring the customer experience
    Preferred Skills
    Bachelor's Degree required
    Ability to assess data, solve problems and make decisions with the information provided.
    Microsoft Excel, Retail Link, ERP systems
    Direct to consumer experience
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    The ability to work in a team environment and as an individual.
    Must have the ability to multitask, and prioritize as needed
    Ability to manage time efficiently and be organized
    Microsoft Office skills.

    Salary:
    $95,000 - $100,000
