Description
Mastek - Salesforce Business Unit (Mastek SBU) is in search of a Group Account Partner based in the greater Phoenix area to foster and expand our Healthcare Payer client base. This position combines account management responsibilities, focusing on nurturing existing client relationships, with sales and business development efforts to acquire new clients. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, practice leaders, and delivery teams to enhance all facets of client relationships. This involves presenting thought leadership, crafting compelling proposals, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience further to establish Mastek's presence with our current clients.
The Group Account Partner will act as the comprehensive account owner, overseeing the overall account profitability, program delivery, and maintaining senior client relationships. Building strong relationships at the CIO/CTO director level and establishing executive connections are essential aspects of this role. Candidates must reside in the metropolitan Phoenix area.
Responsibilities -
Become an expert in the features and benefits of Mastek's services and how they provide value to prospects and customers.
Sell complex digital transformation solutions by working with a cross-functional group of business analysts, architects, and sales engineers
Experience in selling into targeted industry verticals, addressing industry pain points and related value drivers, and possessing the ability to link the strategic goals of the clients to technology solutions
As an individual contributor, target the right segment of prospects, grow the quality pipeline, win profitable deals, and manage sales activities to create mutually beneficial, trust-based relationships with our clients
Collaborate with the marketing team to drive the right messaging from a demand-generation standpoint
Bring your unique talents, ideas, and perspectives to help us grow as a team,
Create solutions to complex technology business problems/opportunities requiring in-depth knowledge of client buyer needs.
Interacts with senior management levels at clients and within Mastek and determines pursuit strategies, develops client messaging plans and relationships, and applies industry-leading Cloud transformation strategies and practices.
Have latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
Operates within large teams and directs specific team sales activities.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business needs and client requirements.
Qualifications -
Bachelor's Degree in Business, MBA preferred but will accept relevant experience instead of a degree
10 + years - Solution Selling Experience (Salesforce, Oracle, Digital, Data, Cloud)
7+ years - of account mining experience in healthcare payer accounts
Spirit of humility and service mindset- we are proud of our culture and want you to help us add to it
7+ years selling/closing deals in the professional services space in one or more of the following areas: Technology Services such as consulting and development services, Cloud & Data enablement
Minimum of 5 + years experience in conceptualizing, planning, and implementing Technology Solutions around (Cloud, Data, Application, Infrastructure, Security Services) and Platform Services (Salesforce, Oracle, Service Now, etc.)
Excellent communication and presentation skills; dynamic in presenting ideas to clients and prospective clients from VP to C-level
Broad knowledge of technology trends and relevance to client's businesses
Salesforce & Oracle certifications are a plus
Clear intent to help and genuinely help prospects and customers from the very beginning
Coachable and willing to work on personal and professional areas for improvement
Ability to work independently, as well as being a team member
Flexible, and comfortable with ambiguity
Open to US Citizens and Green Card holders only
