- Complete Purchase Order Contracts based on project needs in a clear and concise manner.
- Understand and negotiate commercial terms and conditions with Suppliers and Subcontractors.
- Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors.
- Secure and analyze quotations, negotiate prices and terms, and recommend suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery competitiveness.
- Manage relationships with suppliers for PO execution, including handling scheduling changes and cancellations.
- Interface with various teams such as Operations, Scheduling, Field Engineering, Site Administration, and Finance as required.
- Provide support for proposals to ensure the best possible offerings to our clients.
