    What You'll Do:


    • Analyze competitive data for target labor markets and recommend solutions to compensation challenges.
    • Analyze data, provide reporting, and participate in projects in the area of employee compensation.
    • Work closely with the Americas compensation team while collaborating with the global compensation team to implement and assist with communications of global and local compensation programs.
    • Support the transition of compensation programs and processes for North America from the local legacy HRIS system to a global Workday platform.
    • Partner with HR Operations to ensure accuracy and integrity of compensation data in HRIS and identify process improvement opportunities.
    • Support the implementation of a new IT architecture for the business (i.e. Workday).

    Skills Requirements:

    What You'll Bring:


    • Relevant working experience in compensation and have a sound knowledge of compensation-related topics, especially in the United States.
    • A proven track record supporting compensation concepts and programs.
    • Skilled in project management, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and fluent in English.
    • Experience in Workday Core Compensation & Jobs and Advanced Compensation.
    • Demonstrate solid professional judgment and problem-solving competence.
    • Bachelor's degree or comparable training and knowledge.
    • CCP and GRP certifications are preferred.
    • Experience in working in an international environment, cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
