- Minimum 2+ years of project management, operational or applications analyst or equivalent experience
- Experience in vendor management which includes enhancement requests, renewals, and escalation of issues.
- Highly skilled in building sensor management, both hardware maintenance and software administration.
- Exceptional critical thinking & analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy
- Experience with any of the sensor platforms listed above
- Some Salesforce Platform experience in Service Cloud to manage tickets and enhancement requests

Description
As the Application Analyst I for the Technology Enablement team in Real Estate, you will be responsible for supporting the success of several building sensor systems including: Density, Enlighted, CoWorkr, Butlr, Freespace, and more.
Vendor Mgmt, Lite System Administration, Data Governance participation and ticket processing, monitoring integration cleanliness and assisting troubleshooting data issues, and occasionally facilitating new project work for these systems.
There is both a hardware and software component to supporting building sensors. There may also be integration component related to these platforms with the Salesforce platform.Experience/Skills
