Project Description:
As an Oracle EBS HR, Payroll, and Benefits Functional Support Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to provide day-to-day support for the Oracle EBS HR and Payroll system with a specific focus on the Benefits module. You will work closely with the functional team and end-users to ensure the smooth functioning of the system and to resolve any issues that arise.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for end-users seeking assistance with the Oracle EBS HR and Payroll system, specifically focusing on the Benefits module. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries and resolving issues raised by users, such as data discrepancies, errors, and problems with user access. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and maintain business processes within the HR and Benefits modules. Additionally, you will generate and analyze reports to support decision-making, identify trends, and provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
As part of the functional team, you will work closely with them to gather requirements, propose enhancements, and assist in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities. It will be essential for you to monitor and manage the ticketing system, ensuring that user-reported issues are resolved promptly and in line with defined service level agreements (SLAs). You will provide expertise and guidance, gather detailed requirements, and translate them into system configurations. Additionally, you will work on system enhancements, analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights. Overall, you will play a vital role in the success of the Benefits module by leveraging your functional expertise and actively participating in various functional responsibilities.
To ensure efficient support in the future, you will document support processes, procedures, and resolutions. By contributing to the knowledge base, you will help build a valuable resource for reference purposes. Overall, your role will involve providing technical support, collaborating with teams, analyzing data, and documenting processes to ensure the effective functioning of the Oracle EBS HR and Payroll system's Benefits module.
