As a student employee (m/f/d), you will support our Human Resources department in daily operations as well as in projects and special tasks.


You can expect the following topics:

  • Participation in applicant management and recruiting
  • Participation in eHR projects (e.g. digital file, personnel data management)
  • Preparation of evaluations, analyses, and presentations
  • Participation in the development of a company health management
  • Participation in the definition, organization, and implementation of personnel development measures
  • Support in crossfunctional projects in the HR field

Your profile:


  • You are enrolled in a business administration degree program and are interested in personnel management in mediumsized companies.
  • You are proficient in using MS Office applications.
  • Your knowledge of German and English is good.
  • You are characterized by strong communication skills and enjoy working in a team.
  • Problemsolving skills and a reliable work style complete your profile.
