Within our Department of Vocational Education and Skilled Workers in the Education Projects and Services Division, we are looking for a
Project Assistant (m/f/d) for the Valikom Transfer Project:

(fixed-term until October 31, 2024 with expected extension):

The ValiKom project has developed and tested a nationally standardized validation procedure for assessing and certifying non-formal and informal vocational competencies in relation to a recognized vocational qualification.

The procedure is aimed at individuals who do not have a vocational qualification or are working in a different profession than the one they trained for.

If the relevant vocational competencies are proven, participants receive an IHK validation certificate. This certifies the full or partial equivalence of a person's existing vocational competencies with a specific training qualification. Practical instruments such as work samples, role plays, or technical discussions are used in the evaluation by vocational experts. For more information, please visit our website.


In the current follow-up project ValiKom Transfer (duration until October 31, 2024), the IHK Region Stuttgart is expanding the procedure (additional professions) and supporting the establishment of further chamber locations nationwide.
