As part of our Markets team, support our business areas in shaping our internal and external presence and implementing targeted marketing concepts and content.

This position is a temporary maternity leave cover for 1.5 years.

Your responsibilities:

As a Marketing Employee - Internal Event Management (m/f/d), you will bring a degree in business, communication, or media studies, ideally with a focus on event management.

You have professional experience in a similar position or in an agency environment. Experience with hybrid or digital corporate events is an advantage. You are open to new event formats. Your qualifications are completed by strong communication skills, initiative, and a structured and solution-oriented way of working. You have excellent English skills.

You are responsible for consulting, conceptualizing, planning, and executing physical and hybrid event formats as professional sales and communication measures (e.g. professional symposia, C-level formats, networking events, and conferences).
You translate our professional content into innovative and contemporary event formats.
You present event concepts to internal stakeholders and coordinate the implementation within the project team.
You actively contribute to the further development of existing event formats.
You support our virtual event formats (webcasts, live streams).
