    **Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator Position Available (1-2 years experience)**

    Are you an experienced dental treatment plan coordinator seeking a new opportunity in New York, NY? Join our cutting-edge dental practice dedicated to providing top-notch patient care. Our office is fully equipped with advanced technology, including a Panoramic X-ray, Digital radiographs, an electric microscope, an Itero scanner, and more. We utilize the latest Dentrix software for seamless communication.

    Ideal Candidate Traits:

    • Exceptional customer service skills
    • Proficient in dental office treatment plan coordination, scheduling, charting, and pre-treatment determinations
    • Experience working with PPO insurance and fees for service

    Compensation:

    $25 - $30 hourly

    Responsibilities:
    • Greet and checkout patients
    • Answer emails and phone calls
    • Schedule appointments
    • Present Treatment Plans
    • Contact patients with pre-treatment estimates
    • Confirm Zoc Doc and online appointments
    • Work on schedule daily, including continued care and recall reports
    • Work alongside Doctors as well as supporting staff
    • Display exceptional service

    • Dentrix experience

    • Experienced as dental receptionist
    • Enthusiastic and passionate about dentistry
