    Description

    We are looking for a planning coordinator to join our team and manage product levels in online shops and 3P selling platform stores. The coordinator will handle inventory, sales projections, orders, and ensure timely delivery of products to distribution centers.

    This is a full-time, 12-month contract based in New York, NY with a pay range of $22.00 to $26.99 per hour.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage inventory for various artist webstores and 3P platforms
    • Project sales and inventory of core products
    • Identify promotional items and manage product lifecycle
    • Recommend inventory positions based on performance analysis
    • Communicate inventory needs with stakeholders
    • Initiate buy orders and coordinate with production team
    • Communicate timelines for incoming inventory
    • Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams
    • Build strong relationships with production team
    • Troubleshoot and resolve order issues

    Requirements:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Highly organized and detail oriented
    • Experience in a commercial environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Music industry sensibility
    • Knowledge of garment production
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 2-4 years of business experience
    • 2 years of e-commerce experience
    • Experience in managing data

    The pay for this position ranges from $15.00 to $17.68 per hour. Potential benefits include PTO, health & dental insurance, and 401(k).
