    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Marketing with a strong background in the hotel industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and maximize the performance of our hotel assets. This role requires a deep understanding of both traditional and digital marketing techniques, with a particular focus on leveraging digital channels to reach target audiences effectively.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop Strategic Marketing Plans: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives and financial goals for each hotel asset in our portfolio.
    2. Digital Marketing Leadership: Lead the digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and online advertising, to increase online visibility, drive direct bookings, and improve customer engagement.
    3. Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
    4. Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify market trends, opportunities, and consumer preferences, informing strategic marketing decisions.
    5. ROI Measurement and Analysis: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns, regularly analyzing data to optimize performance and ROI.
    6. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, sales, finance, and asset management, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and foster a collaborative working environment.
    7. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives within budgetary constraints.
    8. Team Development and Management: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, providing leadership, guidance, and support to drive professional growth and ensure team success.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
    2. Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
    3. Strong background in the hotel industry, with a deep understanding of hotel operations, guest experience, and industry trends.
    4. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies, particularly in digital marketing, within the hotel or hospitality sector.
    5. Expertise in digital marketing platforms and tools, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media management, and web analytics.
    6. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
    7. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, build consensus, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    8. Strong business acumen and financial literacy, with the ability to develop and manage budgets, forecast financial outcomes, and drive revenue growth.
    9. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation, staying ahead of industry trends, and exploring new marketing opportunities to drive business results.
