  • The_
    Social Media&Outreach Community Manager _will possess a profound understanding of social media platforms, community building across influencer platforms, creation of content and engaging programs. This role is pivotal in shaping a positive and vibrant food/seafood/healthy lifestyle/Science/Sustainability community. With a strong creative, datadriven, and digital approach to join our team. This role will report directly to the Brand and Communications Marketing Manager and will work in collaboration with the Trade and Insights Marketing Team, Product Team, and Sales Team.
  • As a key player in community engagement, foster positive relationships within the influencers in the industry and category of focus will be key to this role. Acting as a liaison between foodies, chefs, scientists, healthy content creators, etc. and the product development and marketing team ensures effective communication and staying informed about key messages to amplify through influencers programs. Play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging key community advocates who embody the positive spirit of MOWI in sustainability, quality in food and category leadership.
  • For social media marketing, support the execution of strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, increase KPIs and help drive campaigns aligned with Branding initiatives. This includes creating and scheduling content posts across various social platforms, ensuring alignment with overall product and lifecycle marketing goals.

Responsibilities_


Social Media

  • Develop plans and execute all paid social campaigns to promote the Mowi Brands and Mowi CP of Americas locally, regionally, and nationally.
  • Maintain budget tracking and actualizations for all paid social campaigns, while continually monitoring budgets to ensure Mowi spends fairly and as planned for each Brand or specific program.
  • Allocate social media budgets appropriately to achieve campaign objective KPIs, such as Click-Through Rates (CTR) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Analyze data to optimize campaigns and find new opportunities to generate ticket sales and increase revenue. Find ways where social media helps to drive sales and goes beyond content creation and posting.
  • Provide Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly detailed paid social reporting.
  • Conduct competitive social media research to learn from benchmarks and best practices.
  • Work closely with the Brand and Communications Marketing Manager to find synergies between content, paid and organic protocols that align with wholistic marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Mowi Corporate office on organic and paid social campaigns. Align CP of Americas social media programs with the Global initiatives.
  • Generate and manage the execution of the social media Calendars for MOWI Brand, Ducktrap Brand, Marine Harvest Product Line, Mowi CP of Americas, and Decoding Seafood program

This includes:

Strategy and Outline of Key Messaging/Copy/Content Mapping/Budget Recommendation for Paid Ads/Content Creation and Direction to Third party or internal.


  • Develop a separate strategy for Tik Tok, Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Range Me. Flawless execution in collaboration with the Brand and Communications Marketing Manager along with the Trade Marketing Manager

This includes:
Brainstorming/Concept/Building/Calendar Planning (strategy, copy, content creation, budget)/Deployment/Tracking.


Influencers Outreach Programs

  • Research and identify potential influencers and partners that align with. Mowi brands and corporate image and objectives. Conduct outreach efforts to initiate conversations and negotiate partnership terms.
  • Build and nurture relationships with influencers and partners to ensure longterm collaboration.
  • Monitor influencer content to ensure it remains consistent with the brand's image and message. Monitor influencer content in accordance with code of ethics of Mowi.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to design and implement influencer campaigns, as well as thirdparty vendors to kraft unique, memorable, and "shareworthy" seeding experiences, unboxings, sweepstakes, and other activities to gain engagement and awareness.
  • Regularly evaluate the ROI of partnerships and influencer relationships. Provide feedback to the marketing team on trends, insights, and potential areas of opportunity.
  • Draft review and finalize contract for influencers and partners, ensuring all legal requirements are met. Ensure compliance with the terms of contracts and address any breaches or concerns.
  • Align influencer activations with social media content and calendar planning. Create an insync strategy that maximizes influencers along with Mowi owned social media accounts and the influencers social media accounts.
  • Manage and administer influencer platforms such as Skeepers and UpFluence, among others.
