ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Dionne James - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

- Work alongside your agency's team to ensure successful longlasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active Property & Casualty license required.
- Sales experience preferred
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
- Experience with inbound and/or outbound sales
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
